My stay was with my daughter for a week as part of a road trip doing activities in the surrounding areas - Thorpe Park, Black Forest, Windsor, London, etc. Hotel was lovely and perfectly located for access to the places we were visiting. High quality rooms and facilities. Staff were brilliant and lots of them around to help. Really friendly and very helpful. Room was dressed and cleaned every day. Reception staff advised on hotel questions and surrounding area questions which helped make our plans easier. Restaurant and bar staff were excellent. Food was of very high quality and a good price. Staff were accommodating to my daughter's unusual food requests, which they even learned and asked if we wanted the same on subsequent nights (Thanks Mureul). Great attention to customer needs. Would definitely stay again.

Location was great, taxi fare not bad to Windsor, taxi fare from Windsor to hotel not good, doubled in price, will make sure I have a taxi number handy and not to use the white cabs outside Windsor castle🙈. Breakfast was lovely, we where upgraded on arrival but room looked basic, but was still very comfortable, headboard all scratched up and peeling off on one side, beverage not filled up so unable to have a morning tea or coffee, didn’t say anything as going home that morning, would of been nice to have a cuppa. Thought by being upgraded the room would be more special.

We were very impressed with Delta Heathrow Windsor. We chose a Hotel near the airport at value for money. We were very impressed with our stay. Vanshika the staff member who greeted us was lovely, very polite, courteous and went over and above to make our stay one to remember. We upgraded to the Club Lounge experience and found this of great value, especially as this included our car parking fee. The Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable which is so very important in preparation for the long flight home.

This was excellent had free soft drinks, coffee throughout the fay and alchol and canopies from 5.30pm until 9pm which was unexpected. Breakfast very good. All the staff we came into contact with were pleasant professional and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Next time we are here we will upgrade to Executive room.

Left my wallet in the seating area near the entrance, when I went back to have a look couldn't find it, a staff member came out and handed it to me, thank you so so much Delta staff for your honesty. Breakfast decent, staff very attentive and helpful. Beds really comfortable, room was impeccably clea n. Went as a family, had no issues what so ever. Parking on site, (paid).
